Criteria for Eligibility

Letter of Support

The Letter of Support shows a designated organization’s support of your venture. This is the most critical part of the application, and what distinguishes this program with other immigration programs

Language Requirements

Applicants must provide language test results from an approved agency, and must meet the minimum level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 in either English or French, which translates to IELTS level 5

Sufficient Settlement Funds

The applicant must have sufficient settlement funds to support themselves and their family once they immigrate to Canada. Currently, this is set to: $12,300 for one person, $15,312 for two people and increases as the number of dependents increases

Security and Medical Clearance

As with all Canadian immigration programs, the applicant and accompanying family members must undergo a security clearance and a medical examination
